This catch can kit is designed for use on factory supercharged vehicles. (If your application is Corvette, you would tag the specific generation, e.g. Corvette C7 Z06, etc.)

• The CCS (Cyclonic Catch Separator) is engineered to maximize air-oil separation efficiency, achieving peak separation efficiency of 85% to 90% under testing conditions.

• Uses a tangential entry port to create a cyclonic flow, helping separate oil vapor from crankcase blow-by with minimal flow restriction.

• Internal stainless-steel filter with multiple filter seals ensures secondary retention of vaporized oil.

• Features a bell mouth exit plenum, anti-splashback funnel with spiral drain grooves, and high integrity primary seals.

• Reservoir options: 7.0 fl oz (~207 mL) or 3.5 fl oz (~104 mL).

• Quick-turn, tool-free reservoir removal (push up + ⅛ turn) allows you to inspect or service without removing the entire unit.

• A wave spring holds the reservoir firmly in place; an included safety lock clip gives added security on the track.

• Mounting:

  • CNC-machined aluminum bracket rotates in 22.5° increments to allow flexible orientation and clearance management.
  • Tool-free bracket nut enables fast removal or snug mounting (5/8 in or 16 mm wrench).

• Supplied mounting bracket, custom routing lines, and quick-connect fittings — designed to be emission-friendly for factory forced-induction systems.

• Optional remote drain kit available (sold separately) to facilitate draining in tight engine bay spaces without removing the can.
